Among the many dedicated and generous individuals committed to the quality of life in our community, one name stands out for her decades of support for arts and culture – Normadene Carpenter. For over four decades, Normadene has made it her life’s work to celebrate the uplifting beauty of the arts in all forms. To honor her remarkable legacy, the Normadene Carpenter Award is bestowed annually to recognize extraordinary commitment to culture and creativity.
Patrons of the Award are entitled to complimentary tickets and special recognition at the event. These gifts support El Dorado Arts Council and allow it to sustain its mission to promote, connect, and empower arts and culture throughout El Dorado County.
